Kurt Zollner is a Shareholder in the Audit division of LBMC, where he provides assurance services to organizations across the healthcare industry. Kurt joined LBMC in 2012 and brings 13 years of experience serving a wide range of healthcare entities, including hospitals, behavioral health providers, hospice and palliative care organizations, skilled nursing facilities, and clinic-based facilities. In addition to leading financial statement audits, he manages annual employee benefit plan audits for healthcare organizations and supports clients with practical guidance throughout the audit process.
Kurt is also actively involved in developing LBMC’s healthcare audit talent. He leads internal healthcare trainings each year for staff and seniors, helping strengthen technical expertise and consistency in service delivery across the firm.
Kurt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2011) and a Master of Business Administration (2012) from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is involved professionally and in the community through the Leadership Healthcare Council, the Tennessee Technological University Accounting Advisory Board, and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
