Jesse Aanestad is the VP of Client Services with LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.
In her role as Vice President of Client Services, Jesse is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and driving innovative solutions that enhance both client and employee satisfaction. She leads a team of HR Business Partners, collaborating with clients to develop tailored Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies that support organizational goals and promote sustainable growth. Jesse is passionate about improving the World of Work, ensuring that companies have the tools and support they need to optimize employee engagement and retention.
Experience
Jesse has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and client engagement, specializing in Human Capital Management strategy, employee development, and client service. She most recently served as Client Relations Executive for ADP, where she was responsible for driving client retention and growth across three markets. In this role, she led a team of HR consultants who supported over 29,000 worksite employees throughout the Southeast, helping clients in a wide range of industries. Jesse’s expertise spans across account management, benefits strategy, performance management, training, and compliance.
Outside the Office
Jesse and her husband live in Nashville with their two children. When she’s not working, Jesse enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family and supporting her kids’ extracurricular activities. Outside of family time, Jesse is engaged in her boys’ schools and passionate about women’s health and supporting Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee. Whether it’s traveling, exploring new hobbies, or enjoying Nashville’s vibrant culture, Jesse loves staying active and engaged both professionally and personally.
