Elisabeth Harper Rood, J.D., CPA/ABV, is a Managing Director at LBMC providing valuation and consulting services to hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations, including both public and private companies. With 11 years of valuation experience, she specializes in fair market value (FMV) analyses and consulting related to physician and provider compensation arrangements and healthcare professional services relationships.
Elisabeth’s work includes FMV and consulting for physician and provider compensation, administrative and medical director services, collection guarantee and subsidy arrangements, call coverage, value-based enterprise and outcomes-based care arrangements, and other professional services arrangements. She also brings experience in benchmarking and physician compensation consulting, due diligence support, and litigation support engagements.
Elisabeth joined LBMC in 2018 after working with CBIZ Valuation, LLC. Active in the community and profession, Elisabeth serves on the Board of Directors for the Discovery Center of Murfree Spring and participates on the TSCPA Healthcare Conference Committee. She is also a member of the American Health Law Association (AHLA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA).
