Daysha Carver is Chief Operating Officer at LBMC Staffing Solutions, LLC. She actively recruits accounting and finance talent for direct hire positions and has a unique perspective that provides insight into the hiring process, allowing for that “perfect match” when it comes to locating top talent for key positions. Daysha serves a diversified client base, including both public and private companies in industries such as healthcare, service, manufacturing, distribution, and banking.
Prior to recruiting, Daysha was Director of Finance with WebMD (now Change Healthcare), a publicly traded leading provider of revenue and payment cycle solutions to the healthcare industry. She also served as the Corporate Controller for a generic pharmaceutical distributor headquartered in Chicago and as an auditor with Deloitte.
