Brian Davis is Managing Director in the Tax and Transaction Advisory Services divisions of LBMC. Brian specifically focuses on providing tax due diligence, tax structuring, and other federal transaction tax-related services (e.g., legal entity rationalizations, tax attribute planning / loss limitation analyses ( �382/383), earnings and profits analyses, stock basis analyses, etc.).
He brings over a decade of public accounting experience serving clients in the private equity space, as well as public and private companies in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and distribution industries, both domestically and internationally. He brings more than 10 years of experience to LBMC, where he returns after spending two year at PwC.
